Order before 5:00 PM ET on a business day and it enters the queue that day. Packing takes 1 to 3 business days, the carrier another 3 to 8 business days — so plan on 4 to 11 business days from checkout to your door. Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum and nothing added at checkout.

Most items can come back within 30 calendar days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with tags and accessories. Email us before shipping anything: we confirm eligibility and send a Return Authorization number with the address, within 24 business hours. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, and ours when the item arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered. Changed your mind before it ships? You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the full amount goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days — no restocking fee, ever. Your payment provider may take up to 7 further business days to post it. And if something arrives damaged, photos within 48 hours of delivery get you a replacement or a full refund, with the return costs on us.

Every Veladi order ships with tracking. The number lands in your inbox the moment your parcel is dispatched, and the tracking page shows its progress any time. Give it up to 24 hours to go live — a quiet tracking number right after dispatch is normal. If your order hasn't arrived 14 business days after the order date, contact us: we investigate with the carrier, and a confirmed lost parcel gets you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

PayPal . You are redirected to PayPal to authorize the payment and returned here to finish. Everything runs over an encrypted connection, your card details never reach us, prices are in USD, and any sales tax shows as its own line before you confirm.

We don't run direct exchanges, and the reason is speed: return the first item inside the 30 calendar days window and place a fresh order whenever you like — the new one ships free like any other, rather than waiting for your return to arrive and be inspected. If yours arrived faulty, contact support instead and we arrange a direct replacement.
